A Drink to Your Health

What’s your pleasure? Gin and tonic? Vodka tonic? Tequila and tonic? Too many of these during your time at The Cove—or anywhere else for that matter—and you may well find yourself needing a tonic of a decidedly different sort.

That’s why we’ve teamed up with Body&Eden, a just-launched New York-based startup whose specially designed tinctures rid the body of things that make you feel bad while loading it up with the vitamins, minerals and superfoods that get you feeling good. Unlike juice fasts and cleanses, these liquid elixirs aren’t meant to be meal replacements or even to help you lose weight. Instead, you get to enjoy the healthy boost from these herbal tea-based concoctions even as you continue to eat and drink exactly as you normally do.

B&E created three different mixes just for us, creating blends that perfectly suit jetsetters looking to relax and unwind beachside. There’s the powerfully antioxidant “I Have Arrived,” which combines hibiscus and rose hip tea with goji berries, honey and grapefruit; the digestion-enhancing, immune-boosting “I Have Space,” with its lemony base and ginger notes; and the pineapple-tinged “I Have Pleasure,” a smooth blend design to relieve all kinds of stress.

Our ESCAPE boutique will launch the B&E elixirs on May 1, with the girls behind the brand hanging out at the resort with us from May 3 to 6. Try a sample, buy a bunch, and drink ‘em down. No matter how awful you might feel when you start the day, you’ll find yourself feeling better in time to go out all night.
